We offer a free on site inspection prior to the preparation of a quotation to determine possibility of solutions.

All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Any and all equipment must be paid for prior to delivery. Freight may be charged on some items and will be discussed with you prior to delivery.

Quotations do not include cabling and the associated labour, which is carried out on a do and charge basis.

Labour is charged at $100 per person per hour for installation and $120 per person per hour for programming. We do not charge a set service call fee however we do charge for our time from leaving our premises until we leave your premises. This will be discussed with you prior to arrival, based on your distance.

Labour is performed to industry standard or greater, if specific requirements are expected they will need to be given to us in writing or via email prior to installation.

All communication must be performed in writing or via email. We will always give any information to you in writing.

We endevour to give you the best possible experience we can and offer full support for any issues which may arise through malfunction or equipment.

We will not be held accountable for use of equipment or systems contrary to instruction.
